Mr. Bandhan Lal Das is the Founder of one of India's Prominent Real Estate Developer - Varada Group. The first generation entrepreneur, Mr. Das has a true visionary in the real estate sector and has helped the Varada Group to become a true enterprise in a time frame of less than a decade.

Mr. Das has played a significant role in the company's operations, growth and outlook projection. With his 7 years of incredible experience in the real estate niche, he has the right foresight and understanding of the latest trends and innovation related to the Indian real estate sector, which helped him deliver best-in-class projects.

A Post Graduate from IIPM, Bangalore, specialized in Marketing & Human Resources, Mr. Bandhan Lal Das has rich experience in real estate and deep understanding their requirements and delivering best in class projects and uncompromising quality standards through innovation and speed.

Reading, Travelling, Photography, Listening to Music, and cricket are some of his pastime activities, which allows him to stay enthusiastic. Accepting challenges, setting goals, and to be creative and thought-provoking in every project.

Payal Dhakappa was a senior lecturer at the Department of Physiotherapy in M.S. Ramaiah Medical College, Bangalore, and the Co-founder of Varada Group, India's emerging and diversified Real Estate Developing Company that has helped many home buyers to find their dream home. Ms. Dhakappa is a KLE Medical College Belgaum Alumni, who holds a BPT and MPT degree and Health Management Course certification from IIM Bangalore. She is a highly qualified professional with years of experience in Physiotherapy and Real Estate Industry and is truly multi-talented. In addition, she is a traveler, reader, and music enthusiast, who loves to explore different areas and contributes her expertise and learning to the growth and success of Varada Group.
